Thank you for opening this email update. I’m so very grateful to God’s grace and for the ones who prayed for my recovery. It came just in time before my trip to Chicago to participate at the quarterly gathering of Pastors, Academics, Counselors Together (PACT), where I met with this most valuable community of like-minded leaders seeking to better care for other’s mental and spiritual wellness. As the featured speaker Jenni Clayville (pictured below) noted on her Instagram story, this was a powerhouse group!

It’s our hope and prayer to see community groups like this start gathering in many other cities and locations. Pastoral Insights about Spirituality & Psychology

At Catalyst Wellness Alliance (the nonprofit home for Christian Asian Mental Health), we continue hosting a monthly gathering for AAPI pastors to engage with mental health.

In February, our guests Roy Kim and Jin Lee shared their pastoral insights at the intersection of spirituality and psychology, drawing from their expertise and experiences as both pastors and counselors.

Atlanta Mental Health Summit on March 15-16

This summit will share the latest learnings, trainings, and resources for leaders and professionals to better care & support Asian American & Asian Immigrant children and families. Asian American Christian Network of Atlanta (AACNA) hosted a gathering in response to the Atlanta Asian Spa shootings in 2021. This year, AACNA will gather for Remember & Renew on March 17 with the theme, “Mental Health in the Asian American Community.” On March 22, AACNA and Candler School of Theology at Emory University will host a Pastors and Ministry Leaders Lunch.
